1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:
✔️ The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
✔️ The return request must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.
✔️ Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
✔️ Custom orders, installation services, and digital products are non-refundable.

3. Refund Policy

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Shipping fees and installation costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

Installed or used solar panels and batteries.
Clearance or final sale items.
Customized or special-order products.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, report it within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. Please include photos of the damage.
